Meet the Team!
Owner and CEO, Tracie Eymann, Goleta local, graduated from the EATM program (Exotic Animal Training and Management) at Moorpark College in 2005. Along with various certifications, she holds multiple degrees in Exotic Animal Training, Wildlife Conservation and Wildlife Education. Her experience far surpasses any typical "dog walker". From the age of 16 she has amassed over 20 years of experience working with animals.
Co-owner and Operations Manager, Jonathan Eymann, Goleta local, graduated from UCSB. His natural curiosity and love for animals grew while volunteering as a wildlife rescuer. Throughout his life he has cared for and maintained exotic breeds of rabbits, worked with dogs and horses for decades.
The Bark Bus
The idea of a short bus full of dogs driving around town to various local parks and beaches was thought up in 2014. While there are many dog walking services and dog daycare facilities, The Bark Bus offers the best of both worlds, the freedom of being in the great outdoors and the fun factor of dogs socializing in a small group setting for the day.
All in the Family
Both owners happily encourage and challenge one another to further pursue excellence toward their shared passion, caring for animals of all breeds and sizes. While The Bark Bus keeps them busy from 9am-5pm, M-F, the work doesn't stop there, this power couple cares for their 4 kids, their small menagerie of pets, and a daily dose of Jiujitsu.
